Chocolate
Chip Pie
My Mom Joyce Latta gave me this recipe.
Ingredients:

cup chocolate chips
2
tablespoons oleo
2
tablespoons flour
1
cup sugar
1
small can evaporated milk
2
eggs
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
cup pecans
Add
1/2 cup coconut if desired.
Preparation Steps:
Melt
chocolate chips with the oleo.
Mix
dry ingredients together.
Mix
milk, eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate chips and add to dry ingredients.
Place
pecans and coconut in bottom of unbaked pie crust.
Add
other ingredients.
Bake
at 325 degrees until set (approx. 25-30 minutes)
